Sareb’s developer begins construction of 48 chalets in Benicàssim, which are sold from €190,000

The works at Adarce Benicassim have just begun: a development of 48 independent homes by the sea in this municipality of Castellón (Valencian Community) and owned by Sareb’s developer, Árqura Homes. The homes range in size from 108.04m2 and their price starts from €190,000 + VAT. The residential complex offers communal areas with a garden, a swimming pool, and a children’s play area.

Adarce Benicassim is a residential community made up of homes with 3, 4, and 5 bedrooms, each with a private terrace. In addition, all homes include two parking spaces and a fully fitted kitchen. The homes have a built-up area starting from 108.04m2 and prices start from €190,000+VAT.

From Aelca, the developer in charge of managing and marketing this real-estate project, delivery of the first units is expected in 2023. The 48 detached houses are located near the area of the new train station, to the west of the city, in a place where you can enjoy wide sandy beaches awarded with a Blue Flag.
